ROLE PURPOSE/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Will have responsibilities for working with department
managers and subject “experts” to create job development and
training curriculums for employees in order to ensure performance deliverables
are effective and productive to a maximum degree.
Will initiate and work with site leadership to determine
training needs for workforce planning and succession planning needs.
Will ensure needed coordination of training for alignment and
assistance with site’s employee development needs.
Will provide hands-on training for special needs and
projects on an as-needed basis.
May provide coaching in training methodology for other site
leaders.
Will work independently and through team to accomplish goals
Will have freedom of design and coordination of training
programs based on site leadership team direction and needs
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
4-year degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or
similar and/or 2-5 years experience within
Ability to work with diverse groups and diverse educational
backgrounds required.
Strong verbal and written communications skills required.
Self motivating; strategic thinking; and high energy level
Ability to develop training modules based on site goals and
plans, along with employees’ developmental needs is required.
Ability to obtain training programs, information, and
details from others in order to determine where and how value for site may be
maximized.
